Ginger is based in Morar, on the west coast
of Lochaber, in the Scottish Highlands.
This is an area of outstanding beauty and the
land, sky and seascapes have inspired many artists
and craftspeople.
We design and sell knitwear and
clothes which are crafted in our own workshop,
using colour and texture in a distinctive way.
Some of the work is hand-painted or printed.
The yarns are
spun from wool, silk, linen, viscose and cotton
in various mixes. All knitted items are prewashed
and hand-washable.
We also sell original artwork,
cards, jewellery,
stained glass pieces, leatherwork, turned wood,
pottery,
soaps and new and second-hand books.
Ginger is in the centre of Morar village, next
to Morar Motors.
